Chicken with Chinese Noodles and Asparagus – Chinese food recipe Marinate 2 chicken breasts cleaned and cut into 1″ x 1/2 pieces 1 tablespoon cooking wine 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon corn starch Sauce: 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce Boil noodles for 8 minutes rinse with cold water Blanch asparagus for 5 minutes in hot water set aside in ice water Stir Fry 3 chopped garlic cloves 3 sliced shallots Add chicken and sauce 4 slice serrano peppers Asparagus Noodles Chicken stock to prevent sticking Dash white pepper Dash sesame oil Garnish with sesame seeds Enjoy The Divine Chef aka scottskitchen

    ive been watching chinese food recipes for the last half an hour, just wanted to try something new, to collect a few new things, but mostly are long and boring. your vids are just the perfect thing. tnx god i found you. u keep it simple. no blabla, all the ingredients are written as subtitles and some pleasant music in the background, all in about 2 minutes. perfect, what can i say? tnx a lot, great job. cant wait to try some of your recipes :)

    how are you? Great recipe !!
    But whenever i do it, my noodles come out kind of “sticky” they taste great but have this sticky {yucky} texture :S !!
    it might be because ? 1) over boiling the noodles? 2) from the sauce ? (since oyster sauce is very sticky?) 3) stir frying them on very high temperature? 4) too much chicken stock??
