How to Make Steamed Mussels


A great step-by-step video on how to easily make steamed mussels. This video explains and demonstrates the proccesses involved in cooking delicious mussels. Ingredients include: 1 shallot, 3 cloves or garlic, white wine, 3-4 lbs of mussels, salt, heavy cream, saffron, crushed pepper, and olive oil. Serve with french beget.

    was worried about putting in cream so early , thought it would curdle. I would put the cream at the end. .. but.. it looks good.

    Nice video. I skip saffron but add tarragon and seve some of the sauce over pasta. Yum.

    That’s probably closer to 8 tbsp of olive oil, not 2. Good video though haha. Too bad I can’t afford saffron. :(
